1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of website design, development, and hosting services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document.


2. Services Provided

We offer website design, development, and hosting services as agreed in your proposal or quotation. The scope of work will be defined prior to the start of the project.


3. Project Scope and Deliverables

All deliverables, including design, functionality, and content, will be outlined and agreed upon before work begins. Any work requested outside of this agreed scope may incur additional charges.


4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary materials may result in project delays.


5. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions will be included as agreed during the project phase. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.


6. Content Management and Website Updates

There is no Content Management System (CMS) provided for customer login or self-service updates.


All requested changes to the website must be submitted via email.


Minor updates, including:

  • Text changes
  • Replacement of simple images

are included within your website hosting and maintenance agreement.


However, the following will be considered additional work and will incur extra charges:

  • Creation of new pages
  • Structural changes to existing pages
  • Complex design updates
  • New functionality or features

Quotes will be provided for any work outside of standard updates before work begins.


7. Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting services include keeping the website live and accessible. Basic maintenance may include minor updates as outlined above. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.


8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.


9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and content will transfer to you, excluding any third-party assets, licensed materials, or proprietary tools used in development.


10. Liability

We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use or inability to use the website. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.


11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.


12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be made available.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
