SEO tips - On-page SEO optimisation Once you have decided on the keywords you want to gain traffic from, the first stage of SEO is optimising the landing pages on your website to tell Google what each page is about. You only target 1-2 keywords per page and they have to be relevant to each other for example SEO & Search engine optimisation you would target on the same page, make sense? You want to be optimising the page titles, meta data and the headers for each page as this is what the spiders look for when understanding what your website is about.

SEO Tips - Content is key for SEO Remember content is key to rank organically on Google as without the content the Google spiders will not know what each page is about. When you are creating the content for each landing page make sure you write a minimum of 500 words per page otherwise you will actually be penalised by Google for thin/low quality content. Why Google Adwords is important for businesses now due to Covid 19 Google Adwords is a great form of online marketing to instantly gain new clients or to make sales if you have an ecommerce website. Things to consider when setting the campaign up with Google. 1.Make sure its set up correctly where the keywords have traffic ( are people searching for it) 2/ Make sure you have the right budget based on the area you are targeting and keyword bid. For example if its going to cost £5.00 a click and you have daily budget of £10.00 its nothing really going to work 3/Make sure you set the geographic areas you want ( If you only work in a certain mile radius from your based) 4/ Make sure you assign negative keywords in your campaign (negative keywords are phrases that are irrelevant to your business) 5/ Go in the campaign daily to check the negative phrases and pull these out as trust me Google will happily show your advert for a broad phrase unless you tell them not to show it " pay per click" as they call it 6/ Spit test different ad groups with different marketing messages in the ad group and special offer promotions etc to see which campaigns generate a better CTR (click trough rate)
